Objectives and functioning
Men’s circles are meetings gathering men who want to share their thoughts, experiences and grow together. They will encourage the expression of one’s needs, desires and goals.
The basis of our meetings will be active listening and non-judgment. The goal is to create a safe space where we can all express ourselves and, true to our deepest needs, forge new trails in our life so we can be more aligned with our deepest values and, little by little, feel closer to ourselves.
Men’s circles are limited to 5 participants. Each meeting will consist of several “cycles” during which all participants will be encouraged to share their life’s highlights. Activities can be conversations, scenario building, fishbowl, etc.

Themes
Each of the 12 seasonal sessions will be dedicated to the shared exploration of a theme. Here are a few examples:
- Single life, couple life: Which ideal, which values lived?
- Living one’s sexuality: between myth and reality.
- The syndrome of “Problem solvers”. What internal dialogue guides us in the choices we make on a daily basis?
- Education, media image and female expectations: What kind of man would I like to be?
- Family relationship with the father and the step-father.
Schedules and prices
Meetings are held weekly and even though the payments are made monthly, we request that participants take their participation to the group seriously. We highly recommend to enrol for at least a season which means 3 months.
- Fall (September to November)
- Winter (December to February)
- Spring (March to May)
- Summer (June to August)
Participation in the circles costs $100 Canadian (67 euros) per month ($280 (186 euros) for the season of three months).
